Our reps are always meeting with local merchants, brainstorming sales strategies, hitting the phones, building pipelines, learning from our in-house experts, taking care of their clients and, yes, building the life they’ve always dreamed of.
No two days will look the same. However, to give you an idea of what to expect, a typical sales rep's day looks something like this:
TRAINING WORKSHOP
Each day begins with a workshop on a specific topic related to sales, products, processes and/or best practices. The workshops are conducted by Sales Development Leaders, trainers and topic experts. Daily workshops are a priority at EMG because we want to continuously equip you with the skills, knowledge and tools you need to be successful.
MERCHANT VISITS
We tend to save the afternoons for getting out of the office and meeting with prospective merchants face-to-face. During this time, our reps will run appointments they’ve scheduled on the phone, make presentations, network and visit other nearby businesses to introduce themselves and EMG and schedule a more formal appointment in the future.
